These characteristic words are not often used in a greenhouse, but there is a similarity that could be used to symbolize a plants growth. As I think about it, there is a great force in a plant: the emerging strength of a seed embryo into warm rich soil where growth begins. The energy of absorbing the nutrients from around it to make its growth full and abundant; the vigor a plant possesses to endure storms and winds to make it take hold and sturdier. Plants have the resilience to adapt; to lean with the wind; re-shape once broken.
Seeding plants is rewarding and fascinating at the same time. Visually just seeing the emergence of the new plant brings a smile to many who see the greenery of what is to come, and success of making things grow.
