The garden store is outfitted with all your gardening needs.
To assist the gardener there are supplies of tools, seeds, bulbs, pots, and soils for every season.
Visit the 'Water Shed' for all your watering needs of hoses, sprinklers and watering cans. The 'Bird House Room' will define birdhouse styles and varieties.
Accent your garden with a broad selection of pottery (ceramic, concrete, polyresin, & iron), birdbaths, arbors and garden statuary. Benches, outdoor furniture and garden accents will create the perfect outdoor environment.
Difficulties with trees, shrubs and other plants, the garden centre's "Solution Centre" or 'Organic Care' are on hand to help. Experienced staff are always available to assist you.

Tropicals
Whether looking for a plant for home or office, we carry a diverse selection of tropical plants for low or high light conditions.
Large potted containers of Chinese Evergreens, Peace Lilies, and Sanseverias will do well in low to mid light; while palms, cordylines and cactus will favor the brightest areas. The added benefits of air purification are evident in Peace Lilies, Boston ferns, weeping figs and Rubber plants.
Our shipments of fresh Florida tropical plants coordinated with the perfect ceramic or poly-resin container will enhance any residential or commercial setting.
Large plants for floor specimens such as dracena or smaller containers of graceful orchids will accent any interior.
Regardless of size, tropical plants are also fabulous gifts to give.
Our staff will be happy to assist you in the selection of both containers and plants*. With the purchase of both container and plant from St. Mary's, we will do the transplanting for you.
Annuals
Annuals are strong performers in the garden, exemplary in color, texture and height.
For over 25 years, St. Mary s Nursery maintains its reputation for seeding and growing numerous annuals as well as supplying hundreds of novelty annuals for containers or garden beds.
Annuals from your favorite geraniums, petunias, zinnias or marigolds to the newest plant selections of begonias, osteospermums, or coleus, you are sure to find a combination to make a beautiful garden.
Visit us early in the season, or sign up for our 'famous container gardening classes' that will have you producing your own custom designed container that will be the envy of the neighborhood. See our calendar of events for class dates. Remember to sign up early as classes fill up fast.
Perennials
Pass through the doors to our perennial department and be prepared to spend time browsing the aisles.
From A to Z, hundreds of perennials are grown at St. Mary's. Combination of root stock grown selections and seed grown varieties are available for both sun or shade plantings.
Knowledgeable staff on hand will guide you in your needs or selections. St. Mary's Nursery prides itself in carrying the largest selections of perennials from the hardiest of zone 2, up to zone 5 for the gardener who wishes to experiment with microclimates of his/her growing space.
Perennials up to zone 9 are classified as annuals in our growing climate. Many of these can be located in our annual department, ready to be planted in accompaniment with other novelty annuals for containers or gardens.
Trees and Shrubs
St. Mary's has a full service retail nursery. A wide selection of trees and shrubs are available during our planting season - mid April to end of November (depending on spring's and winter's arrival).
Tree sizes range from small potted trees up to caliber sizes for residential or commercial planting. Whether looking for an apple tree, an ornamental lilac or a majestic 'Baby Blue Eye' spruce; St. Mary's has the perfect tree to provide shade, shelter or accent your landscape.
Shrubs, in varying heights, leaf form and color are available to add to the design element of the landscaped yard.
Roses, ninebarks, spireas, and hydrangeas are just a few of the varieties available.
Our nursery is stocked with the selection you will need, and the expertise to help you with your choices.
Christmas
St. Mary's Nursery & Garden transforms its buildings into a winter wonderland by mid November.
Selections of fresh cut trees (Noble fir, balsam, white pine, Frasier fir or native spruce),wreaths, garlands, and boughs are used to enhance the interior and exterior of your home.
Poinsettias of all colors and sizes further enhance the holiday décor. Continue the 'gardening appeal' on the exterior of your home with dressed containers of holiday greenery.
